Why is it that the moment life gets crazy the first thing to go is a good meal? Between a camping vacation, husband being out of town for work (cooking for one is tough) and some busy time at work I am a bit behind on getting creative in the kitchen!<\/p>\n

I am dedicating myself to at least one new and unique item this weekend, not sure what it will be, but I am going to try to cut down on the carbohydrates in my diet, so I imagine it will be a bit more on the low carb side. I am hoping to make it to the farmer’s market Saturday, so maybe I will find my inspiration there.<\/p>\n

One thing that I really want to figure out how to do is make a good hummus, but tracking down good tahini seems to require that I make it to a specialty store at a decent hour in the evening – which has been a bit of a challenge lately.<\/p>\n
